Maguire Fairweather LLP is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. We are totally committed to providing a high quality professional consultancy service to meet our client's requirements.

The Members initial association began in 1987 in Belfast while working in the regional office of Calder Ashby a UK based Building Surveying practice.

In January 1993, against the backdrop of recession in property and construction generally, the regional office was acquired as a going concern. New offices were obtained and the Maguire Fairweather Partnership was launched on 14th January 1993.

In April 2010 the Partners transferred the Partnership to Maguire Fairweather LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in Northern Ireland. The new LLP will continue to provide all our customers & clients with the same high levels of professional service enjoyed under the former Partnership. The existing Partners are all Members of Maguire Fairweather LLP.

Maguire Fairweather encompasses a vast experience over 23 years in the field of Building Surveying for clients in both the private and public sector.
