Building Survey of Large Dewlling House

Building Structural Survey undertaken of a 3 storey large dwelling in a costal location.  Client was provided with information on the general & structural condition.  We checked for damp ingress and timber rot as well as assessing the risks of hidden problems and defects based upon our visual inspections.  This allowed the client to weight up the risks of purchasing the property.
