Initially we inspected this building and provided the client with a report on the structural and general condition as well as costing for repair and renewal. The client gave the go ahead for full refurbishment based upon our recommendations and with assistance from the Lottery Heritage we provided full design and contract administration service.

Providing all drawings, liaison with Heritage Services, tendering project, monitoring the works, contract administration, interim and final valuations and planned maintenance.
